Three-room apartment with a total area of 100 m2 for a young family with two children.
The owners of the apartments have already applied to Lutska Design, and the studio’s staff developed a design project for their previous facility & mdash; office for an IT company. Now the designers had the task of competently zoning the living space for a young family and making it as comfortable as possible for four family members & mdash; husband, wife and two little children. For designers, a clear technical task was set using only light, pastel colors in all rooms.
The bedroom is beautifully beaten by the TV area. The color of the wooden shield is combined with the wooden inserts of the bedside tables, competently tying a single concept of furniture in the room.
Since the family has heterosexual children, there was a desire to organize a separate space for both the boy and the girl. Also, the designers had the task to provide many storage places for all family members.
In the boy’s room, it was proposed to focus on one of the walls and display on it an interesting print in the form of snowy mountain peaks.
In the room for the girl & mdash; Wallpaper in the form of bunnies with balls, which the baby loves. In the children's room for the girl, a canopy of mint color beautifully blended for gaming purposes.
The kitchen space was decided to increase by combining the two zones & mdash; loggia and kitchenette.
We decided to beat the pylon in the kitchen area, adjacent to the dining table, with decorative plaster with an interesting texture. Floor in the kitchen area and hall & mdash; imitation of natural stone.
To maximize the use of the hallway space, a spacious wardrobe with storage areas will be installed in it.
The main difficulty of this apartment was a small bathroom and a bathroom with a single riser for all wet areas. In the end, it was decided to significantly increase the bathroom by minimizing the size of the guest bathroom. Due to the small quadrature of the bathroom and the bathroom, the competent zoning of these spaces was part of the technical task of the project. The customer’s request was fulfilled & mdash; by reducing the size of the guest bathroom, the bathroom area automatically increased.
